Pedagogy
In these following sections, I will attempt to address the complex ways in which teachers must navigate their roles in the classroom through creating a respectful and productive classroom environment, thinking critically about technology in the classroom, addressing the specific needs of differentiation in the classroom, and juggling the expectations and intentions of fair and meaningful assessment and evaluations.

You might also consider what kind of teacher do you hope to be? What will that look like in terms of management, parent/community relationships, planning, classroom structure, clubs and activities, etc?

Classroom Environment
Revisit the map of your future classroom you made – considering both the layout and pedagogical decisions you hope to make as a teacher to create the kind of classroom environment you want.
Clarify what discipline approach makes the most sense to you; the approach(es) you plan to use and HOW, specifically, you will manage your future classroom. Revisit the initial discipline plan you made on Nov 20th .
Technology
Consider the ways in which technology has shifted education / teaching / learning and how it will necessarily shift your teaching moving forward.
You could consider more specifically how you plan to use technology, what specific tools are of interest to you and why, or what effective technology looks like in your placement.
Assessment and Evaluation
What role might assessment and evaluation play in your classroom? In teaching, generally?
Consider offering an example of an assessment or evaluation you’d like to give, or that you witnessed in your placement and analyze its worthiness based on the criteria we discuss in class and/or your own criteria.
